**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Booking Confirmation**: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

2. **Age Requirement**: Participants must be at least 18 years old to join the Pub Crawl. For the food tour and bike tour, participants of all ages are welcome, but alcoholic beverages will only be served to those of legal drinking age. Valid identification may be required to verify age.

3. **Responsibility**: Participants are responsible for their behavior during the tours. Any damage caused to property or disruption of the tour due to inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

4. **Health and Safety**: Participants should adhere to all safety instructions provided by tour guides during the tours. The tour organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.

5. **Itinerary Changes**: The tour itineraries, including the selection of venues and routes, may be subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or venue availability.

6. **Refunds and Cancellations**: Refunds will only be provided in the event of tour cancellation by the organizer. Participants may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

7. **Lost or Stolen Items**: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the tours. The organizers are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

8. **Weather Conditions**: The tours will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the organizers. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

9. **Code of Conduct**: Participants are expected to respect local laws, customs, and the rights of others throughout the tours. Any violations may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

10. **Liability Waiver**: By participating in the tours, participants acknowledge and accept the risks associated with outdoor activities and alcohol consumption. Participants agree to release the organizers from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss.

11. **Privacy Policy**: The personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for tour administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

12. **Jurisdiction**: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law.
